Strategy into execution
I turn priorities and OKRs into portfolio governance, operating cadences and accountable owners, so a strategy deck becomes work people can track.
I'm a Senior Program Manager with 9 years at PayPal and RBC. I turn cloud, infrastructure and AI strategy into operating rhythms, governance and decisions across organizations of up to 2,500 people, then turn the results into a story an executive can act on.
Most missed milestones are a visibility problem, not a delivery problem.
My job is to make the truth visible early enough to act on it: who owns what, what's at risk, and the one decision leadership needs to make this week.
I turn priorities and OKRs into portfolio governance, operating cadences and accountable owners, so a strategy deck becomes work people can track.
Cost, risk and change discipline that shows up in the results, not in the meeting count.
I build with AI myself, and I take it from pilot to a whole organization, safely, with Legal, Risk and engineering on board.
I turn messy portfolio data into decisions: what's at risk, what we need from you, and the recommended path.
More than 120 risks, remediation items, production bugs and security vulnerabilities were open at once, and leadership couldn't see what needed attention between reviews. So I built the view they needed.
With 120+ items open at once, there was no single view of what was on track, what was slipping and what needed leadership's help.
An executive risk and compliance dashboard that pulls the data together, so every item shows its owner, remediation plan and escalation path. I built it myself with Claude Code.
It backed the governance reviews: owners were accountable for dates, and leadership could see what needed escalation between reviews.
on-time closure across 120+ risks, remediation items, bugs and vulnerabilities.

A few of the programs that shaped how I work, from cloud governance at PayPal to infrastructure delivery at RBC.
Turned 7 strategic priorities into milestone, dependency and risk reviews across 5 cloud and infrastructure portfolios, each with a named owner, feeding 4 monthly leadership reviews.
Ran the cadence, guardrails and tracking behind capacity flex-downs and migrations, so the savings stuck instead of being one-time cuts.
A recurring two-day AI Innovation Program across the US and India: Claude Code, ChatGPT, MCP and Perplexity, ending in a cross-team AI Challenge.
Ran the summit in San Jose (2025) and India (2026) with Google Cloud, and shaped 3 PayPal sessions at Google Cloud Next 2026, out of 700+ worldwide.
Owned corporate communications for a ~2,500-person technology organization: CTO updates, All Hands, SharePoint and the quarterly newsletter.
Ran ServiceNow change, incident and problem management on programs such as a hardware migration for 94,000 employees and an ATM network refresh, and saved more than $500K with vendors.
She has a real talent for taking complex problems and bringing structure to them, and for driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, even without direct authority.
I watched her grow into an exemplary employee. She consistently delivered high quality work and was always willing to take on more.
I'm open to Senior Program Manager, Technical Business Operations and Chief of Staff roles in cloud, infrastructure and AI transformation.
